I believe that everyone should be supported in a way that fits who they are. We all have things we are good at and things we are still learning. I am here to help children, teens, and adults build the skills they need to feel confident and do their best.

I have a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Guelph. I respect and support every individual’s identity and way of thinking, and I make sure my approach is welcoming to all.

My sessions are playful and creative, and I focus on each child and teen’s unique strengths. Together, we can work on things like motor skills, handwriting, dealing with big emotions, sensory needs, attention, concentration, organization, and time management. For adults, I offer support and strategies for ADHD and Autism (ASD).

With children and teens, I also work closely with parents, caregivers, and schools to make sure they get support in all parts of their lives. I believe families play an important role in the therapy process, since real progress often happens at home and during daily routines. I work alongside families every step of the way, always respecting that each family’s journey is unique.

My goal is to help people feel confident and capable, and to give families practical tools they can use with their child or teen every day. I am here to support your growth and success in the ways that matter most to you and your family.
