Everyone faces challenges at different points in life, whether as an individual, within a family, or in a relationship. If you are experiencing personal difficulties, family conflicts, or challenges in your partnership, therapy can help.

I offer individual therapy for teens (14+) and adults in a safe and supportive environment, helping you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and work toward positive change. I have a special interest in supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and can help address concerns related to managing big emotions, anxiety, depression, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts.

In addition to individual therapy, I also offer family and couples therapy. Every relationship has its ups and downs, and if you and your family or partner are struggling with communication, trust, or simply want to feel closer, we can work together to strengthen your relationships.

My passion for helping others is rooted in my experience as a full-time foster and adoptive parent to five wonderful children with special needs. This background has given me a deep appreciation for working with people from diverse backgrounds and supporting them in discovering their strengths.

I use a flexible and personalized approach to therapy, choosing tools that best fit your needs. This might include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy. For family sessions, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), and for couples, I draw on the Gottman Method. During therapy sessions, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported as we find new ways to connect, understand each other, and handle challenges in a healthier way.

I believe that everyone has the ability to overcome difficulties and that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to help you recognize your inner strengths, build confidence, and feel supported as you work toward positive change. I am committed to making sure you feel safe and encouraged throughout your journey.
