Do you find yourself wondering what’s wrong with you or why you don’t fit in? As someone who is not-so-ordinary myself, I’m invested in providing you with a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. My favorite part of my job is helping people recognize that there really isn’t anything wrong with them and that they can thrive by accepting and embracing all of who they are. My goal is to offer a supportive environment where clients feel understood and valued.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, youth, and adults in both counselling and school board settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of goals. My background includes working with children, teens, and adults who are differently-abled, neurodivergent, and 2SLGBTQ+, as well as those facing depression, anxiety, and major life stressors.

I am well-versed in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including behavior intervention for neurodiverse individuals using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Acceptance, Identity, and Movement (AIM). I also provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD, and hold specialized training in OCD as well as Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).

I am passionate about delivering person-centered and trauma-informed care, and collaborate with my clients to build a better understanding of themselves and what is important to them. I am looking forward to partnering with you and exploring everyday practices that enhance quality of life and foster a sense of belonging and purpose.
