Therapy should be practical and personalized, giving your child or teen real strategies to handle challenges like emotional meltdowns, distractibility, becoming overwhelmed by their environment, staying organized and school challenges (e.g., difficulties with printing or writing, or moving their body) - all while helping them feel confident and capable in everyday life. I believe the best progress happens when we work together, so I make sure to include play, movement, and family involvement to keep sessions both fun and effective.

My passion is supporting children and teens as they grow and work through developmental, behavioural, and emotional challenges. I often work with clients who have ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, or difficulties with sensory sensitivities (e.g., sights, sounds, smells, etc.), fine motor skills, or social skills. Because every person and family is unique, I adapt my approach to fit what works best for you.

Together, we can focus on goals like improving attention, handling different feelings, staying calm, and developing motor and social skills. I also help with things like toileting, picky eating, anxiety, and low mood. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where your child feels safe to explore, learn, and grow. For younger children, parents are always welcome to join in, and I use plenty of play and movement to keep sessions engaging.

I also support adults with ADHD, offering practical tools for organization, daily routines, and overall well-being.

I’m committed to working closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to find strategies that really make a difference. By building practical skills and confidence, I hope to help each person reach their full potential and enjoy a more fulfilling life.
