Sarah (they/them) is a psychometrist at our practice, and enjoys working with individuals of all ages. They are trained in the administration and scoring of standardized measures of cognitive abilities (e.g., intellectual functioning, memory, executive functioning), academic achievement (e.g., reading, writing, mathematics), and psychological functioning, and they assist in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments. 

 

Sarah completed their Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Waterloo, on the Dean’s Honours List. They have several years of experience working in mental health, including as a Family Services case worker and in group homes. Sarah spent several years working in advocacy for children’s access to quality education in homeschooling in Canada and the United States, and they spoke about this mission at the 2021 Harvard Law Society Homeschooling Summit. As a parent to three young children, Sarah is passionate about youth mental health and education.
